Tony（方力申 饰）是个热爱音乐的富家子，满心希望想加入乐团，可是乐团主音却十分鄙视Tony。Tony经常光顾的唱片店内，有一位曾经很寂寞的女店员Kristy（吴雨霏 饰），与失业的父亲（林雪 饰）共同生活。她身边有一个共同成长的叫阿奇（侧田 饰）的男孩，阿奇学业奇差，在母亲（恬妞 饰）的改衣店里工作。母亲希望阿奇可以成为一个有自信的人，但他唯一能扣动人心弦的是他的音乐才华。当Kristy遇上Tony后，便一直暗恋着Tony。但其实阿奇也是默默爱着Kristy……。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。
